REX ONLINE BOOKING FAQ 1) The online booking system is run by Movietickets.com and your tickets are bought from them. 2) Any problems with the booking experience should be addressed to customer service at Movietickets.com. 3) When you get to the Movietickets website today's programme will be offered. To book on other days use the drop-down box to select the date you require. If the day you wish to book is not available then the listings have not been uploaded yet. 4) Only 60 out of 130 tickets are available for online booking for any performance. If there are seats available, the performance time on the website will be blue but if no seats are available then the time will be greyed out. However if only one seat is left then the time will still be blue and should you wish to book a higher number then the booking will not complete and your card will not be debited. 5) Online bookings are not available from two hours before the performance time. 6) If you do not print your booking confirmation then there may be a delay in validating your purchase at the REX box office. Without a printed confirmation you must bring the credit card the booking was made with and further proof of eligibility for age-related concessionary tickets. No confirmation, no credit card, no ID, NO TICKETS!
